Hello,

we are working with many psr-files.and linked the psr-files to open with powerbuilder.

This worked (fine) in the old versions. When I  now double click a file in explorer, PB
starts with the message."xyz.psr is not a workspace". After closing the message
I am in a blank IDE

Is there a way I can get it to work?

Best regards,

Heiko

Hi Heiko,

You need to install the PB InfoMaker to open the PSR files.

Before PB 12.6, the PB InfoMaker is integrated with the PB installation package and it would be installed when installing the PB.

But in PB 12.6 and Appeon PowerBuilder 2017, the PB InfoMaker is not integrated within the installation package. So you need to install the PB InfoMaker separately.

If you want to install the PB InfoMaker 2017, please contact our sales team at sales@appeon.com to get it.

Thanks,

Appeon Support Team

Hi Martin;

Hang on ... I am going to check the IDE's command line switches & see if I can reconstruct that feature.

Hi Martin,

This problem was fixed in the latest MR release (PowerBuilder 2017 Build 1681). You may download and try it from your User Center in the Appeon Website or you can also directly get to the download page with this link: https://www.appeon.com/user/center/index#download.

Regards,

Mark Lee
