Resolved Notfication about notifications

Hi,

Just a small thing:

Once again, on this site, I'm getting a notification in the bell icon saying something like "Awesome! I've caught up with all of my notifications ...".

I think that's pretty useless and quite annoying, can we get rid of it?

I only get that message if I actually click on the alert icon, and it also provides useful purpose to let you see previous notifications by clicking "View All Notifications" link.  Maybe something malfunctioning for you because I don't see what is annoying about the way it works for me.

Hi Armeen,

I don't get it very often, but it's happened like 4 times in a couple of months. The Bell will show a "red 1". It's funny to get a notification that you have no notification.

Anywayz, not too important as long as it doesn't happen too often.

Oh I see. That is not how it is supposed to work. Don't know if browser cache issue or what's going on. Glad to hear it is not happening often.

Yes, I'm suspecting it's a cache problem (when on linux).
