Resolved No network connection error - Login Screen

Hi ,

 

I am trying to login my license in PowerBuilder but i am getting error like "No network connection" as below. Can you please let me know how to resolve the problem . I am trying this with windows server remote machine. I can able to open Appeon sites and all.

The powerbuilder IDE is not compatible with any Windows Server version.

Try on win10 or 11 ?

Are you sure that Windows Server can access appeon's license server?

Yes. We already installed Appeon 2017 R3 in Remote windows server and used it. But now when i am logging in it shows an error like no network connection.

I suggest open a support ticket for this if you are sure your machine can access the license server:

Protocol: HTTPS

Port: 443

Domain: api.appeon.com and api2.appeon.com

Armeen is probably correct ... It could be a firewall, Windows policy, Proxy or Antivirus issue. Check with your operations team. ;-)
