Resolved NativePDF - Dots in place of text

Hello,

Since migrating in PB2022, we've been generating our PDFs in NativePDF "Standard". In PB2019, we were using Ghostscript.

Some customers who receive them cannot read them.

 

The font used is Malgun Gothic. It's distributed since Microsoft Windows Vista.

review the settings options you have for including fonts in the native pdf.

Which options ? I can't find any settings for the font...

look in the application object additional properties PDF export settings.

the help is useless.



and yes, don't ask me why it isn't a setting where all the other pdf settings are.

Hi Bernard

It's an IDE option named "Packaging custom fonts in the generated PDF files". You can search for this option in PB Help for more information.
