Hello Appeon Team,

I installed Auto Compilier 2017 version on Windows server 2019. When I am trying to run the orca script I am getting faulting module path MSVCR100.dll error. I tried installing PowerBuilder 2017 version on this machine but no luck. getting same dll error either from Auto Compiler folder for from Shared\PowerBuilder folder. What to do?

I have another same version server which I use to build my PowerBuilder application using ORCA script and it works fine So I don't think PB version is the problem.

Hey Chris, Nice to see your comment. Here what I am trying.

I received a new Windows Server 2019 Standard, Version 10.0.17763 Build 17763, x64 based PC.

I want to make this server as build server to build our PB 2017 R3 1858 version using ORCA Script.

I installed Appeon Auto Compiler on this server and now tried to run the ORCASCR17.EXE to build my application and getting this error.

Hi, Vipin -

FYI - Please be aware this may or may not work. The PB 2017 IDE is not supported on any edition of Windows Server, only the application runtime environment, and then only for the 2008 SP2, 2012 R2, and 2016 editions of Window Server, according to the Release Bulletin for PB 2017 R3.

Best regards, John

Hi Vipin;

  Are you trying to use the PVC, Orca script or PBAutoBuild utility?

Regards ... Chris
