Resolved Migrating from 2017 to 2022

Migrating from 2017 to 2022 do I need to install PB 2022 and run powerbuilder runtime on the servers that are going run PB 2022 apps?

You just need PB runtime on the server.  You do not need the PB IDE.  Starting from PB 2019 R3 and newer, some changes have been made how the runtime is handled.  I suggest reading this carefully: https://docs.appeon.com/pb/whats_new/Separating_Runtime_from_IDE.html
