I used to develop project in Powebuilder several years ago.

I am looking for a reference documentation on best practices in writing PB applications.

Does it exist ?

Powerbuilder has changed a lot over the last few years, introducing new objects, deployment architectures and coding techniques.

I suggest you brush up on your PB knowledge starting from online tutorials:
