PB17R3

Keep getting "Cannot find a valid license" error when trying to login.  Have double and triple checked the credentials.  

Any ideas?

Yes, sneaky dates - LOL!

BTW: I wish all people would use the ISO date standard - CCYY-MM-DD so that it's way easier to see the difference between MM-DD and DD-MM. One of my pet peeves. ;-)

Yes Armeen.  It looks correct to me.  I logged in on his laptop with my license (in case a firewall issue) and no problem.  He has the same license as I do.  Is there a lag of some sort?  I created an Appeon account today and just assigned the license today.

Yep ... same issue as this AM - your license is not valid until on / after July 1, 2021.

Do you have a current license for June?

Not mine, I assigned a new license to chris.rowe@cbiz.com and I'm trying to login with his credentials.

But I am going to try to login on his laptop with my account...

Before you do that, make sure the email is assigned to a PB license for the current subscription dates in the User Center https://account.appeon.com/assign-user/pb

Good point Armeen! Just helped another customer on the support system this AM where their license was starting July 1, 2021. Thus, could not login.
