Hello,

Is there a way Powerbuilder application can translate a document from any language like Arabic, Chinese etc to English?

Hi.

Are you looking for something free or paid services are acceptable? You could use a web api from google or other providers of translation services. Of course these requires to be online.

I haven't seen something that provides arabic or chinese translation.
