It's working fine from suddenly its automatically closed and then i open it again then its asked to me login again.

and failed with reason 

THis id already used but no where id in used...

 

So please suggest me?

Just have your license admin do a forced logout of your account on the license portal.  This video is a tutorial for your license admin: https://youtu.be/JP8K4_IURRE

Also, make sure to upgrade to PB 2017 R3 as soon as you can.  It has all the latest bug fixes, including improvements to the license mechanism.  And it is a long-term support version.

I already suggest that's option to admin.

Actually I looking a another option to resolve this issue because if that's happen again then I need to contact him.



And I m already used PB 2017 R3

If it keeps happening please open a support ticket. As of now there are no known bugs with the license mechanism in the 2017 R3 version.
