I've been trying to migrate my two tier application into Appeon PowerServer Web, got an error saying we've so many unsupported objects/functions (including TransactionServer, ErrorLogging and so on). Is there any place or file which has an alternative objects/functions or any other method for unsupported objects?.

Have a look in the PowerServer Help file that comes with the PB2017R3 installation. Under the Web and/or Mobile section - there is a comprehensive list of "Unsupported" sections for each Control, Object, Function, Event, etc, as follows:
The other great place to get a comprehensive list of your application's unsupported features, is to use the "Analyze" utility located in the PS Toolkit's toolbar within the PB IDE. 
It will not only list the "unsupported" features in your App but most often than not, give you the "work around" and/or impact, as follows:

Yes, I'm using Analyze utility to see the information of each unsupported object. My application had been developed in PB10, Having hard time when I'm migrating to PowerServer, because there are so many functions are not supporting to PowerServer. I see very limited information or guideline for alternative functions or workaround for all the unsupported objects/functions. Appreciate your help though.
My advise ..
1) Get the "basic's of your App up & running 1st.
2) Work through each issue one at a time.
3) Slowly bring more App functionality active as you work through the PS issues.
