Today I have Powerbuilder 2017 R3 installed and we plan to migrate to Powerbuilder 2019 R2. I wonder if it is possible to have both versions installed on my PC at the same time?

Hi Anders ;

  YES .. any "major" version of PB can co-exist on the same PC!  :-)

   FYI: I have PB 11.5.1, 12.1, 12.5.1 12.6, 2017 and 2019 all installed & working on all of my PC's.

Regards ... Chris

Adding to what Chris said, starting from PB 2019 R3 and going forward you can have minor versions of the runtime co-exist on the same machine. Please watch this video if you want to learn more about this: https://www.appeon.com/conference/elevate-2020/live?id=287
