Hello,
What needs to be done to have an application installed in a Web site other than "Default Web Site" in IIS, and in a directory other than c:\inetpub\wwwroot?
Thanks in advance for any help.

What you need to do is first configure the non-default Website in IIS Manager. Then you run in the PowerServer installer and select that non-default Website you configured. Then in PowerServer Toolkit you configure that non-default Website in the Server Profiles. Then you deploy your app from the PowerServer Toolkit to PowerServer.
