I have a problem with the ImportJson function on HP ProDesk 800SFF using Windows 10 Professional.  When it tries to perform an  ImportJson, (rowcnt = dw_source.ImportJson(ls_SimpleJson,  Primary!, 1, 5), it stops and exits the app. It operates on windows server 2012 R2 without a problem.  Any suggestion on how to correct the problem?

Thanks for the suggestions.  We determine to reinstall the DLLs and runtime packages and the ImportJson performed a expected.

Hi Kevin,

Since it works well in one Windows Server machine but not in a Windows 10 machine, I suggest you:

  1. Check whether the PB Runtime files in the Windows 10 machine are complete and whether the version number of the DLL is correct. Or you can directly install the PB Runtime Package and test again.
  2. If the issue still exists, you can try to install the PB IDE and see if it works well.
  3. Do other Windows 10 machines have this issue?

Regards,

Ken

Hi Kevin;

   Any related information as to the App crash in the MS-Windows Event Log?
