Hi Experts,

In PowerBuilder, when I define a datawindow (for example: d_city) for a dropdown column in my application, and at the time of assigning the datawindow to the column, the datawindow exists in my source code. Unfortunately, if the defined datawindow (d_city) is deleted from the source code, what will happen when I click the dropdown column during runtime?

Thanks

Deva S

Hi Deva;

  If the DDDW object is missing - then nothing would happen when the App user hits the arrow and/or the drop down area will be blank. It all depends on how you configured the DDDW column's properties (which determines that behaviour).
