Resolved IDE Powerbuilder build's difference in upgrade

Hi

When i change runtime version (for example in PB2022 from runtime 1878 to 1892) the IDE still in build 1878.
1. must be upgrade too or is not necesary ? (i mean if the program generated could change in something)
2. if i run powerbuilderInstaller_bootstraper.exe doesn't appear IDE, shows the other components (toolkint,migrator, runtime...), (i did it uninstall all, restart and install again) but  how must upgrade it ?

Hi.

When you change runtime version you have to restart PB.

The IDE can work with any runtime build. The IDE is only updated when there is a change to the IDE itself.

ok, thanks, apologize

i was running a old bootstraper, i ran a new one and program detect IDE missing, and give me the option to install it
