Resolved IDE crush

Hi all

If i want to change a property for more than one field in a dw i marked all the fields i wanted and right click to open the properties window to change , but the

IDE froze and there is nothing to do beside force closing by task manager.

 

Does it happen to all ? its a pb 2017  bug ?

Occasionally, you will ask the PowerBuilder IDE to do something, and for whatever reason .....it gets confused and locks up. It's does not happen often, but it does happen every now and again. Normally, simply rebooting the PB IDE restores the functionality that caused it to go wonky.

If this situation recurs, reboot the IDE and try it again.

If the lock up repeats, you might have an issue with the code. The most common issue in this case is that somehow the ancestor to the current object got lost or unbound in the hierarchy chain of the current object.
