Resolved How to use mailFileDescription.position property?

My Beta test customer is having trouble emailing an attachment.  He can send the message fine, and the attached PDF shows up, but when he clicks to open the attachment he gets the message:  The operation failed.  An object cannot be found.

What's supposed to be in the mailFileDescription.position property?

The position property is a sequential number within the message. If you are sending more than one attachment, you would set it to 1,2,3, etc. For one attachment, it is optional.

The message you are seeing is a common problem in Outlook that usually means that the user profile is corrupted. If that is not the case, perhaps the PDF file is corrupted. Have them try to open it from the Sent folder.
