We want to use infomaker in AWS environment.

Our AWS environment is blocked from the Internet.

And I need to use Infomaker's online license, so I would like to ask if there is any site or port that I need to un-firewall.

Thank you.

I registered it after receiving it with an online type license. And our environment is AWS, and it is blocked except for certain firewalls due to security policy. Therefore, we opened the firewall and domain that APPEON informed us about. After that, if you log in after running Infomaker, it is not connected as shown below.

Hi

I opened the port, protocol, and domain firewall you told me, but the online license is not being used.

Hi Minhee;

  Here are the firewall requirements to have your AWS environment access the Appeon license servers ...

Protocol: HTTPS

Port: 443

Domain: api.appeon.com and api2.appeon.com

HTH

Hi Chirs Pollach,

I opened the port, protocol, and domain firewall you told me, but the online license is not being used.

Are there any more domains or ports I should open?

Regards,

Hi Minhee;

Those are the URL's & Ports that need to be open.

However, there could still be Anti-Virus, Proxy, Windows Policy, etc restrictions that can lead to your IM IDE machines being blocked.

I would now suggest enlisting the help of your organizations Operations Support Team to aid you in resolving access to the Appeon Licensee servers.
