Resolved How to stop notification emails from being sent to licensed users

As the Administrator for the Appeon PowerBuilder account I receive email notifications pertaining to the account, however, all the users of the PowerBuilder licenses received the same email.  Is there a way to turn off email notifications for the users?

Hi Robert, Please email sales@appeon.com with example of the email your licensed users received and then we can advise why that was sent and if that can be opted out.  What Chris described is only for marketing messages.

Hi Robert;

  Each user can login to their account on the Appeon Website and opt IN / OUT of the emails under PROFILE => EDIT => Update Email Subscriptions.
