Yes. You can do that in a nested datawindow.

What I would like to know is the type of the datawindow that hosts the nested one.

Hi.

A simple way would be to create a computed field in the nested report then place as compute expression: rowcount().

You can then access that information from your computed field...

What type is the main datawindow?
