Resolved How to get mobile devices to access my powerserver app

I am using PB 2022 R3 and Powerserver.  I would like to access my app that is on my cloud via my mobile application, which is an android app.  I can get to the launch page, download the installer but it blows up after that.  Can someone just send me in the right direction, any links to documents on how to do this would help.

Hi Louis,

PowerServer 2022 apps are Windows EXEs. You can't run them on other OS that aren't Windows.

Mobile deployment was a feature of the now obsolete PowerServer 2020 and earlier

Francisco, what do you recommend for me to do to develop a system that apple and android mobile devices can access it?

Hi Louis,

From Appeon currently there's nothing that can help you accomplish this task. I have very narrow experience in this topic so I'm not able to suggest any particular frameworks to you, but if you are willing to learn a new stack I suggest you do a google search for multiplatform mobile development, there's plenty of frameworks that can accomplish this task.

Is there a separate compiler for PB into mobile?

There are NO mobile deployment options for PowerBuilder after the (now obsolete) PowerServer 2020 product.
