Resolved how to activate license using order id

Hi,

We have purchased powerbuilder professional 2019 recently.. I don't know how to activate license.

Please help me to add user and activate license.

Hi Backya,

You first need to register your email address for an Appeon Website account (if you haven't already done so).

Then, the person who purchased this license (the order administrator) can assign your email address to the license in the User Center.

After this is done, then you simply login to PowerBuilder to use it.
