Happy New Year, everyone!

I have made some additions and corrections to a previously-published tutorial based on feedback and additional information learned since the article was originally published. The revised article is in my "Drafts" section of the Articles Dashboard and I am almost ready to submit the revised tutorial. How do I submit the revised article for review and publication?

When I created the original version, there was a link/button to "Submit", but this is not shown for the revised version. I can find no alternative way to submit it.

On a semi-related note, is there a better or more appropriate way to submit a question regarding Community How-To's and processes?

When creating this question, I chose "PowerBuilder" from the question category drop-down selection even though this is obviously NOT a PB question, because there was not an appropriate category for this type of question.

John

Hi John,

Thanks and Happy New Year to you too!

Below is a brief introduction on how to update a previously-published tutorial, please try and see if this can help you update your tutorial successfully:
1. Go to Articles & Blogs -> Articles Dashboard -> Articles -> Articles.
2. Hover the mouse over the article to be updated and you will see the Edit option.
3. Click Edit.
4. Make the modification to your article in the open page.
5. Click the Publishing button to open the drop down menu and then click the Submit for Approval button.

After the above operations, your updated article will be submitted to our Community Administrator. It may take one or two working days for the Community Administrator to review the article. Once your update is approved, you will be notified by email.

If you have already followed the correct process but still have problems updating the tutorial, please elaborate on the issue and provide screenshots for us. Thanks in advance!

And for the issue of no related category to select when posting this question, for issue like the one above you described, you can send it to us through the "Report Issues/Feedback" portal on the right side of Community as shown in the screenshot.

Regards,
Aubrey
