Hello,

SnapDevelop 2019 R3

My management wants to know, which cloud service provider will be better to host WebAPI's developed using Snapdevelop.

Seems one of our customers want to go Cloud.  And they want to know the development tools, cloud hosting choice etc. before hand.   Regarding tools we suggested PB and Snapdevelop.   We have no clue regarding cloud hosting and services that we require, as we are all newbie as far as this area is concerned.

Could you suggest one that's easy to host from snapdevelop itself, without the need for any third party tools, and list of products (services) that we require from the cloud service provider ?   that we can test deploy and show the client a small demo...

Our client is a small company where we expect the no of simultaneous users (connection) won't cross 25.  We plan to use Postgres database.  Here we have only PB developers and no web experts.

Happiness Always

Azure and AWS are the 2 most popular, and they both have even a free tier of serverless computing that might be enough for hosting just Web APIs for 25 users.

Thanks Armeen.

If my requirement extends with

1. adding oAuth2 authentication

2. need to go with PowerClient

What else services / products will suit ?

You'll also need a Web server to host the static app files of PowerClient, and for REST API security AWS has Cognito. Cognito has a free tier: https://aws.amazon.com/cognito/
