Resolved GPS Location

Hello,
is there a solution on how to get the location (Latitude / Longitude etc ) on a Windows tablet.

We need the GPS location (not that of the IP). Is the Windows Location API suitable for this? Does anyone already have a solution or hint for this?

Does powerbuilder even run on a windows TABLET?

Yes, any "Surface" tablet with an Intel processor. ;-)
