I know that there was a problem with GhostScript versions after 8.71 not having required fonts.

I am pretty sure I heard that the issue was fixed. Can anyone verify that? Is there any reason we cannot use only the latest version - 9.23? We are currently on PB 12.5.

Hi Roland;

  FWIW:  The font issue was fixed in any GhostScript version 9.0 or higher.

Another benefit is that the driver is signed (8.71 is not) so it makes it easier to install the printer on Windows 7 + version machines. Also, there is a 32-bit and 64-bit version; as far as we can tell the 64-bit version is the way to go. Version 9.23 seems to work good.
