Resolved Failed to run PB2022 R2 after installation

Hi, after installation of PB2022 R2 I got that message when I try to run pb220.exe.

'Failed to load the DLL pbsys.dll, Runtime version: 22.1.0.2819.'

How do I solve this?

I wonder if it's an issue of antivirus interference on your home machine?

Hi Chris, it is really rear because I succeeded to install R2 on my computers at work (3) but it failed only on my private laptop which is at my home. After several fails I returned to PB2022. Maybe it is a network issue, I left it for now.

Hi David;

 The IDE typically knows where the corresponding runtime DLLs are located. Your situation is extremely rare. I would suggest reinstalling R2. Make sure if you can to run the install PB in Admin mode.  HTH

I have the same issue with the IDE. I dont know why this issue is resolved and there's no clear cut solution/advise in the thread. Can you please advice me also how to fix the issue?
