Resolved Failed to parse DataWindow

We are upgrade PowerServer 2017 to PowerServer 2020 on new servers. The servers are Microsoft Windows Server 2019 and using IIS 10. There are one web server with Appeon Cluster Manager and 3 Appeon servers with PowerServer 2020.

We deploy the application to web server and are getting "ErrType: normal    Description: Failed to parse DataWindow description file" error and no datawindow can be displayed.

If we deployed application on the Appeon Server and run the application on the Appeon Server, it works fine.

What could be wrong? How may we fix the issue?

Hi Jon;

  I saw this issue in your ticket #7631. I am guessing that the issue might be related to "Clustering". I am having the main PS team have a look at your ticket's information to conform.
