we have a app that initially had 25 users and now it is used for more than fifty users and later started to receive error messages , we had to restart the iis and the server .I attach messages of error and a
log .I expect your rescommendations , greetings.

Tenemos una app que inicialmente usaban 25 usuarios y ahora lo usan mas de 50 y empezó a salir mensajes de error, tuvimos que reiniciar el IIS asi como el servidor. Adjunto los mensajes de error y un log. espero sus recomendaciones.

Hi Erick,

 

This should be caused due to that the active sessions reached 25. You can go to AEM > Server > Sessions > Active Sessions and check. This issue can be fix via increasing your web/moblie sessions to 50 or more.

 

Normally, when the active sessions reached the limit, it will show that your active sessions have reached the limit instead of the error you provided. Please open a support ticket in the support portal (https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/). Many thanks in advance.

  1. The PowerServer version you are using.
  2. The Appeon Workspace version on the device.
  3. A simple PB case and detailed steps to reproduce the issue.
  4. The application profile in Toolkit.

Hi Erick;

       Can you tell us  ...  

1) Do you know how many licensed users your PowerServer is configured for?

2) If you enter the PowerServer console (aka AEM) - how many sessions are open when this issue occurs?
