We've been able to identify the majority of the files identified in the PowerServer log. However one entry recently has challenged us.

Log Entry:  'Failed to download the file "n" because it does not exist in the file manifest of the application.'  (see attachment)

Any advice on how to determine what file "n" refers to?  So far any search for it have provided too many results.

Regards,

Mike

Hi Mike,

Normally, I will try to search "n" or 'n'.

I can see there is the same error about a .png file in the log file. You can search for it first.

Have you ever verified the External files (Specify the custom user external files and/or the resource files that are referenced in the PowerScript. Make sure all these files are placed in the same folder or sub-folder of the application target (.pbt) file.) in your PowerServer project? Make sure you have "Deploy" these files to the Web Server.

If still not resolved, please provide a small case that can reproduce this issue.

Regards, Logan
