Resolved Exe file without icon

Hi,

I'm ussing PowerBuilder 2022 R2 Build 2828 Runtime 22.1.0.2819.

Assign an icon to the application in Additional Properties. But after compiling, it is not assigned to the generated exe.

If I generate a shortcut to the application and try to change the icon, it gives me a message "The xx.exe file does not contain icons".

Any ideas?

Hi Menna;

  Did you  ...

  • Assign the App Icon in the Application Painter without any Path to the .ico file?
  • Did you make sure that the .ico file was located in the main App's workspace folder?
