PowerBuilder 12.1, b7055
Oracle 12C
Windows 10 64 bit platform hosted on Citrix


We're getting a brand new error as of today:

Any idea what might be causing this?

Hi 

the DLL is needed when the accessibility features are turned on windows. See https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3256650
