Resolved Error connecting to DB from PS 2022 app

Hello, all!

Does anyone know why this error message when connecting to the database in running my PowerServer 2022 installable cloud app?

"Failed to retrieve the response status"

Ultimately (and sadly), the app cannot connect to the DB, so I'm in deep trouble.

Thanks a lot for any help!

Please, ignore the topic. The error was that the database server specification was wrong (I don't know why the message is not clear about this).

In the project object, does the DB configuration test successfully?

When you deploy the app to run locally within the IDE, are you getting the same error message?  Or this is only happening on remote server?

  • Is this in development or production?
  • What Web Server are you using?
  • What release of PB/PS & build?
  • What DBMS, version & build?
  • What O/S version & build?
