Is there a way for InfoMaker to email the results of a report to a user or group of users?

I am working on a report that will indicate if a student has dropped all of his/her classes for the upcoming semester.  It would be very helpful if these results would be automatically emailed to a group of users.  Is that possible?  If so, could you let me know what I would need to do to make that happen?

Hi Diane ;

  Unfortunately, IM is only a reporting tool. It has no emailing capabilities. For this feature, you would need to use IM's big brother product PowerBuilder which has both coding and emailing capabilities. Both PB and IM share the same PBL (Library) access capabilities. So if you have PB and could have a PB Developer develop a simple email App that accesses the IM Report (even saved as a PSR), then it could email these out to the students.

  Another capability in IM is to save the report as a Web Page. Then place the report on a Web Server so that the students can access the report that way.
