Hi,

is there a place where the changes/Bugfixes for the Powerserver PB Edition R3 are documented?

I'm looking for other changes besides the addition of Offline-support and web deployment. They are documented in the PB Help.

The Powerserver help does not contain any Information about additional changes (or am I missing something?) and I can't find any description elsewhere.

Hello Gerrit,

I think you have to wait for PowerServer 2018 (afaik end of October) or PowerServer PB Edition 2018 (afaik December of 2018) for a bunch of fixes and features related to PowerServer.

As far as the ability to use offline databases for mobile apps, it is already part of the product, see here:

I know the mentioned documents.

There is nothing in them about any changes regarding the Powerserver PB Edition, besides the ability to use offline Databases for mobile apps and Web deployment.

Are there no other changes in the Powerserver PB Edition?

Is everything else the same like the 1756 Version of the non PB Version of the Powerserver (excluding deploying to J2EE))?

【AN】Besides the ability to use offline Databases for mobile apps and Web deployment, there are several new objects and functions (that are added in PB 2017 R3), such as Jsonpackage, ImportJson, ExportJson, etc. are marked as unsupported plus several bug fixes. The bugs reported in Ticket #1068 and #1179 were fixed in this PB edition.



Is everything else the same like the 1756 Version of the non PB Version of the Powerserver (excluding deploying to J2EE))?
