Hello experts,

How can I display an image in a circular format similar to the display style used in WhatsApp?

Thanks

Your best bet would be to create a circular display mask to lay over your images. Using an external image editor, create a PNG file with a transparent circle against a square whose background color matches the background color of the window (or tabpage or DW detail band etc.). Then stack the image of the display mask over the image that you want to make circular.

That's very cool, Ronnie. An elegant solution. I'm filing this away in my bag of "tricks". Nicely done!

Hi Deva;

  My "go to" software for these types of image morphing is ImageMagic. IM is also a free & open source product. It has an extremely powerful utility in its arsenal called "Convert" which can do this ...

  You can call IM from any PB App to do a plethora of image manipulations. It can be downloaded from here:  https://imagemagick.org/script/download.php

HTH
