Resolved DB Connection in 2022 R3 blocked by Norton 360

I am having a very serious issue with Norton 360 Data Protector blocking the latest build of my PowerBuilder 2022 R3 application executable file. I have turned off the Data Protector, I disabled Norton Auto-Protect and Smart Firewall, to no avail.

I double click the application executable it starts but once I login (this is an application level security screen) and it tries to connect to SQL server, the application process is killed and I get a message from Norton 360.

What changed in the SQL client that is causing this craziness???

Someone PLEASE HELP!

And whitelist the app with Norton 360 if signing doesn't solve it?
