Hi All,
Hoping someone can help me with a problem I am having with a Mobile Distribution. There seems to be a strange display/scroll issue with a grouped DW with an autosize height detail band.
I have a UserObject that displays 2 DWs, with approx. 70/30 vertical display split, i.e. top DW is 70% of UserObject height, bottom DW is 30& of UserObject height.
The bottom DW is a fixed height as it only displays a set of summary totals. This retrieves and displays correctly.
The top DW has an autosize height detail band, which increases based on the amount of data retrieved for the detail row. There can be quite large amounts of text blocks displayed in each row and as a result the detail band in most cases increases and is larger than that visible height of the DW.
The issue I have is that the vertical scrolling on the DW only scrolls the height of the expanded detail band. In other words the scrolling seems to be stuck on the first detail row and only scrolls the height of the autosized row. Even though I have 12-13 rows retrieved in the DW, I am unable to scroll beyond the first record!
Thanks in advance
Michael
I have done just that to work around. That works nicely.
The weird thing is that the behaviour is erratic depending upon the height of that DW1!!
If I increase it to 80% of the UO height, the scrolling works even if the full detail row is still too long, BUT for some reason there are large blank pages throughout the DW. If I increase DW1 to the full height on the UO, then the blank pages get even worse and only 2 of the 13 rows display correctly with the remainder of the DW being blank!
Definitely an issue there...will log it with Appeon.

Michael
Glad that the workaround did the trick!
Yes, sounds like some definite DWO / Scrolling issues. A support ticket will trigger a deeper look into this area for sure. Thanks for the extra feedback.
