Resolved Compilation failed, code -1

Hi

Am I the only one who gets this error message (without any further information) when trying to build a large project?

Remakrs

  • In this case, it's the output from PBAutoBuild250 /pbc
  • I get the same error if I build/deploy inside the IDE
  • It's a PB250 solution project (migrated from PB2022R3)
  • Regenerating all objects didn't help
  • I can build small projects without any issue
  • I tried with PB 25.0.0.3398 as well as with 25.0.0.3453

Sadly, I cannot provide you the source code.

The new compiler (see ticket 12926) helped to get the root cause.
It was a bug in our code which was silently ignored by the old compiler.

Regarding the issue you encountered, since we are unable to reproduce it locally and you cannot provide the source code, we plan to provide you with a temporary version that includes more detailed logs so we can identify the root cause from the logs.

Additionally, to better follow up on this issue, I suggest that you submit a bug in our Support system (https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/newbug).
