Hi

If an application in CloudPro is not reading/writing files from/to an UNC based path, what is the most cost-effective way to work around it? I would appreciate it if someone could show me (or point me to) some basic know-how of how to go about it.

(If it helps, this Q is related to this one - https://bit.ly/2TJH6jv)

Thanks!

In the Run time in CloudPro, the UNCs in my application are Not recognized. However, when run the Executable, the app works fine.

Go figure...

Hi CJ;

   The CloudPro edition is no different PB wise for native App's. It only includes the extra SnapDevelop IDE for C# Web Services construction and the PowerServer feature for Web/Mobile development. All the other PB features are the same as the "Professional" version.

Regards ... Chris

Sounds like a privileges/config issue. No change was made in 2019 that should cause this. Have you "Run as Administrator"?

Yes, Armeen, I did. I launched CloudPro as an admin and I assume when I run the app it'd be run as an admin.

Not sure why it is not working. I would suggest opening a support ticket for this.
