Resolved Cannot open the working copy due to Git version incompatibility.

I'm getting this error when opening a workspace on a local feature branch in the PowerBuilder IDE (PB 2017 R3).

After reviewing many of the Git questions/issues it appears that the IDE is hardwired to only look at the "master" branch. Is that correct? Is that what is causing this error?

I also read that PB 2019 R2 will handle Git branches. I realize it's still in beta but did that feature make it in the release?

Yes, Git branching made it into the new release.  Please try the beta and let us know.
