for Desktop or PowerServerWeb applications, you can leverage the MS Web Browser control (create a window and insert a Control -> OLE -> Insert Control -> MS Web Browser). Then you can display your Html/JS file with ole_1.object.navigate(ls_filename);
for PowerServerMobile applications you can use the powerful eon_mobile_webviewex control from appeon_workarounds.pbl. And you can even run JS and get the result of the JS into your PB code.
