Hi Team,

[Bug 12433]New VDI activation

Still I am facing this issue.  Kindly resolve this issue.

in addition to setting auto-logout on: 

if you run PB inside a VM - then you MUST shut down PB FIRST and wait a couple of seconds prior to shutting down the VM.  this allows the auto-logout to occur.  if the shutdown process shutsdown PB, then the autologout does not occur (at least not always)

Also, adding to what Francisco said.  Enable automatic log-out.  This problem is because you forgot to log out.  

As far as how to release your license, please ask your license admin to log you out following documentation: https://docs.appeon.com/pb2022r3/appeon_license_user_guide/logging_out_users.html

By the way, this is a community forum to help educate you about the product, coding issues, etc.  Nobody here can access your license and do admin tasks.  You need to contact your license admin,

Hi Jerald,

Do you still have access to the previous machine? If so, please proceed to log out from your account by following the steps details on this document.
If you lost access to the machine, you will need to have your License Admin log you out from your current session so that you can log in into the new environment.
