How can we accept text from Rich Text Edit control to  a data window object(example compute field)

Hi Chris

 

Thanks, i have already a print data window in that i have to bring data from RTE.  I have tried for nested data window as RT DWO but it won't allow.

In this case i have to change the print data window to RTE DWO.

Hi Anto;

You would need to create a Computed "Column" in your current DWO's SQL and then just use the SetItem() command to load the RT data.

Hi Anto;

   Just create a RichText DataWindow. Then copy the datum from the RTE control to the RT DWO.
