We have a client who is using our Powerbuilt application for a training - the users are reporting that the arrow keys do nothing in our app, whereas they work fine in MS Word and other apps. (I am assuming Windows 10.)

 

Is there a setting that enables/disables arrow key activity in a PB app?

Hi Scott;

 The NUMLOCK key only affects the numeric keypad arrows. If the main keyboard arrows don't work, then it's another issue altogether.

  Please give us more details 

  1. OS version & build
  2. PB version & build
  3. 32 64 bit App
  4. P-Code or M-Code compile
  5. Using Citrix or RDP to access App
  6. Etc

"Disable Scroll Lock" has been suggested.

Sent suggestion to company support person who's training users at the moment...
