I think there might be some settings on the server for the database time-outs. Not sure if that's the problem though.

Check out Rene's links first.

Hi, Santhosh -

Check with your Sybase DBA and ask what the value of the Security Session Timeout setting is. There is a DBParm option (Sec_Sess_Timeout=nnnnn) that is applicable for connections to Sybase databases, but if a value has been set in the database, that setting will take precedence over the connection's DBParm option.

    https://docs.appeon.com/pb2022r3/connection_reference/Sec_Sess_Timeout.html

Also, for future reference: Anytime you ask a database-related question, it is ALWAYS a good idea to describe your DBMS environment (vendor, version, etc.) and all Transaction object settings (masking out sensitive values, of course). This will really help out anyone that looks at your question and eliminate a follow-up question/answer, and possibly get you the help you are asking for more quickly.

Best regards, John
