Hello,

I need help with my application. I recently migrated my application from PB 12.5.2 to PB 2017.

We use Terminal Servers to host our clients with SQL Server as the DB.

After the migration, I am not able to run the exe. I get the error "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b)."

Can you please help

Hi Yasir;

  In the project object that creates your PB App's EXE, did you ask the project object in the Security Tab to a) use an Embedded Manifest and/or b) Allow access to the Protected System UI?

Make sure you have all the runtime dll files, especially the ones that start with 'ms'.

Hi Yasir,

I would recommend you to verify that your Terminal Server grants the proper access permissions to your applications. That would include any folder redirection, folder/file access, read/write access, printer mapping, remote folder mapping, etc...
