Resolved Application Crash Issue due to ntdll.dll post Windows OS update (KB5026361)

After installation of windows OS 10 update (KB5026361) we are observing the application crash due to ntdll.dll. We are using Appeon Powerbuilder 2021 (Build 1509). When We revert the OS update back to (KB5025221) the application started working as usual.

I did a search on "KB5026361" and saw multiple articles/reports of problems related to this May 2023 Cumulative Update. I agree with Chris that the issue is likely due to something the so-called "wizards" in Redmond broke.

Hi Suny;

  The NTDLL.dll file is a Microsoft Windows O/S file. As such, MS might have introduced a bug on that KB.

I would first look at that DLL issue from the O/S Side ...
