Hi Sujadi,

As mentioned, Appeon 2013 R2 reached end of life on 09/14/2016.

However, documentation on Appeon for PowerBuilder versions 2013 R2 and earlier can be found here: http://support.appeon.com/index.php?/Core/Default/Index

On this link specifically, you'll find solutions to common license errors: http://support.appeon.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/List/Index/17/appeon-license

On the left sidebar and the top menu, you'll find more documentation may be able to assist you.

Hi Sujadi,

Hopefully, you have a full backup of the Appeon folder and its sub-folders that contain the key product information. Restoring those files from your back-ups should be all you need. This will include the critical "Appeon.License" file to get your Appeon Web 2013 back up and running again.

The only caveat to this restore option would be if your also having to replace the host Application Server and/or its machine as the Appeon.License file would be tied to your PC / VM. If that is the case, yes - you would need to perform a full install again and then you would need a new Appeon.License file to fully enable the Appeon Web instance.

Regards ... Chris

Hi Sujadi,

Please try  Chris's suggestion and send the following to license@appeon.com:

1. A screenshot of the error message and a screenshot of the AEM Licensing page.

2. The activation.bin file generated from the AEM. You may refer to the below help to generate one:

https://www.appeon.com/support/documents/appeon_online_help/2015/server_configuration_guide_for_net/ch04s03s04.html#Product_Activation

Regards,

Nico
